MTOM Endpoint available

My MTOM implementation can be found at:

A descriptive web page, along with a set of example test messages, can
be found at:

Please note that this endpoint is hosted on my DSL connection, which is
only 256Kb upstream, so please be patient and avoid sending huge
messages.
