Fault examples in http://www.w3.org/TR/soap12-part1 wrong?

The fault examples in Part1 look like
    <env:Reason>Sender Timeout</env:Reason>
(see example 4)

While the examples in Part0 look like
    <env:Reason>
        <env:Text xml:lang="en-US">Processing error</env:Text>
        <env:text xml:lang="cs">Chyba zpracovn</env:Text>
    </env:Reason>

The prose (and, as I read it, the schema) says that the text in Part 1
is wrong (all of them, not just the one quoted above).  Is it?
