After doing some more delving, I note that we have dealt with this issue
before as last call issue 355[1]. Our resolution is at[2]. I also note
that the way this was dealt with editorially was by the addition of the
SOAP Intermediaries and Relayed Infoset section to Part 1. For those
with CVS access the relevant revision is 1.81 of
2000/xp/Group/2/06/LC/soap12-part1.xml. A diff between 1.81 and 1.80 is
attached. All diffs between those two revs were related to issue 355.
