The SOAP 1.2 Evil Feature[1] was published last night, April the 1st, 2003.

The SOAP 1.2 Evil Feature generalizes the WS-Goodness[2] specification, 
so that the Goodness functionality can provided either as SOAP header 
blocks or natively by SOAP protocol bindings.
