Issue 167?

 Hello Asir, 
 the Encoding task force has been reviewing its issues and we've 
come upon the issue 167. 
 It seems that with the resolution of issue 144 - the split of 
arrayType into arraySize and itemType (both optional attributes) 
your issue might be solved, right?
 If not, please try to explain the issue and how it still applies 
considering the latest changes (see the editor's copy [1]).
