Agreed, but I don't think that's pertinent to the model described in the 
encoding chapter, which is the one in question I think.  The graph model 
does not have string labels as accessor names for the members of an array, 
just positions.  The PSVI is not the level at which the graph model should 
be interpreted, I think.
