 With the proposal [1] for new way of encoding arrays in SOAP
Encoding it seems that it might also solve the issue #117 -
clarification of the use of enc:position and enc:offset
attributes.
 Anybody objecting to closing #117 if the mentioned proposal for
#144 passes? 8-)
