Typo in Example 2

Hi,

I found a typo in the example 2 in section 1.3 of the document at
www.w3.org/tr/soap The example's envelope tag is defined as an empty tag,
when it was probably meant to be a open tag.

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope
xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"/>
  ...
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
