"Issue: Clear subject lines aid inter-WG communication"

Just a quick note to remind XML Protocol WG members of the value of
including a textual label alongside numeric issue identifiers when
choosing Subject: headers for messages on this list. For those of us who
don't eat/sleep/breath the fine detail of XML Protocol Issue List,
numeric-only subject lines make it a lot harder to track, filter or
prioritise messages. I suspect it'd be handy for WG members too.
