RPCTF: correlation extension proposal

All,

I volunteered to produce a proposal for a correlation
extension enabling the request/response MEP over a transport 
binding that does not provide implicit correlation[1]. This
proposal is intended to address issue 44[2].

This proposal does not yet reflect the consensus of the
WG and is published for purposes of discussion only. 

RPCTF members should review this in preparation for tomorrow's 
con-call.

Comments are welcomed, encouraged even;-)
