new use case DS20: multiple, asynchronous responses

DS20: An application requests some information from a server, which is returned at a later time in multiple responses.
This can be because the requested information was not available all at once (e.g., distributed web searches), or because
the request is for information that covers a period of time (e.g., reporting the state of a device at periodic intervals).
