Subject: Implementation of XML QUERY

Hi,
I would like to know if there is any means to make queries on XML files
with a language which can overcome the limitations of XPath syntax. Is
any XML Query engine available at the moment, for example? If no, could
you direct me to other implementations?

Best Regards
