Here is the expanded use-case for DS809 (formerly DR809 - Caching).
Comments welcome.

DS809:
BizCo updates their online price catalog every morning at 8AM.  Therefore,
when remote clients access their XP inventory service, the clients may cache
the results of any price queries until 8AM the next day.
