W3C Announces XML Protocol Activity

The W3C has today announced the formation of an XML Protocol Activity
(see http://www.w3.org, http://www.w3.org/2000/xp/) including an XML
Protocol
Working Group. This list, i.e. xml-dist-app, is the preferred channel of
communication for the Working Group whose charter is publically available
at:
http://www.w3.org/2000/09/XML-Protocol-Charter.
