BizTalk Framework 2.0 released

A draft of Version 2.0 of the BizTalk framework was releassed this morning.

BTF 2.0 is built as an extension of SOAP 1.1.  Among other things, it
contains support for binary attachments to SOAP messages and minimal
reliable messaging.

Keep in mind that this is a draft and subject to change.
