It is not yet clear what scope of security is expected to present
in specification. The message is written with assumption that 
security is planned to be integrated with Object Model.

But I would suggest to consider capability based security to be 
considered and offered at least as option or guidelines how to 
implement it using LOPT.

Other interesting  place to look about capability based security

Example of distributed architecture based on capability based 
security is "E" that is available at http://www.erights.org

Erlang http://www.erlang.org/ is also using capbility based 
security for distributed applications.
