Thanks. I knew of the record syntax OID - but in the IR-Explain-1 database
when describing element set details you have to include a "schema" OID.
I was going to use the record syntax OID as the schema OID, but wanted
to make sure there was not a "real" schema OID that I should be using
instead. Sounds like there is not one.
