IR-Explain-1 schema OID?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew what the Schema OID is for
the IR-Explain-1 database.

No-one probably cares any more, but if there was a correct OID to use I
would like to use it. (This is for putting into ElementSetDetails for
element sets available for the Explain database.)

I could for example use the Explain record syntax OID as the schema OID.
