RE: The imprecision of Z39.50

 RE:  the draft Bath profile for using the AA 
Mike, you're probably correct in saying that "the Bath profile is in error
here."

I believe that I prepared this for the ZIG/Bath meetings in Boston Spa (in
2001?)  - but it was a first draft attempt, recognized to have errors.  

However, the Bath committee showed no interest in actually using Bib-2, and
since there appeared to be little interest elsewhere in Bib-2, aside from it
being an intellectual curiosity, it was never progressed beyond that first
draft.

I believe the Bath profile is in error here.
