For what it's worth, I don't agree that an unanchored phrase is the same
thing as an ANDed word list.  I think an unanchored phrase is an ordered,
adjacent word list.  The unanchored phrase search term "vrml java" would
retrieve different records than the unanchored phrase search term "java
vrml".  However, ANDed word list search terms for "vrml java" or "java
vrml" would retrieve the same records.
