danZIGv2002-03r3 profile draft available

Dear All,

The Danish National Z39.50 Profile danZIG version 2002-03 revision 3
(danZIGv2002-03r3) has been revised to comply with the Bath Profile.
The new draft version of the danZIG profile borrows many features from the
ONE-2 Profile within the areas of Holdings Retrieval, ILL Transactions and
Cross-domain S/R.
DanZIGv2002-03r3 makes extensive use of XML formats and attempts to address
some of the current issues discussed by the ZIG in relation to retrieval of
XML formats.

The present draft is subject to final approval by the Danish Z39.50
Implementers Group (danZIG) later this week.

I plan to present the danZIG Profile together with the current version of
the European ONE-2 Profile during the Bath Profile meeting hosted by OCLC in
April 2002.
