April ZIG meeting --preliminary planning

The next ZIG meeting will be early April at OCLC.
We want to begin preliminary planning. As of now
the schedule looks roughly like this:

   * Wednesday; April 3: related meeting(s)
   * Thursday, Friday; April 4-5: ZIG meeting
   * Saturday, Sunday; April 6-7: related
     meeting(s)

There is already one meeting scheduled for
Wednesday (Bill Moen's NISO committee) and a
meeting scheduled for Saturday/Sunday (Bath).

This overall schedule isn't firm yet. We need to
decide for example whether two-days for the ZIG
meeting is too-short, too-long, or just right. So
we need input on the following:

   * Other meetings that need to be accomodated.
   * Project briefings you want to present.
   * Project briefings you want presented.
   * Topics/issues/focus-sessions for the ZIG
     meeting.
   * Tutorial(s). No tutorials are planned at
     present. Does anyone want to organize one?

Please comment.  Thanks. --Ray
