fo:multi-switch etc..

Hi 

Just wondering if anyone knows any xsl-fo processor which supports
<fo:multi-switch>, <fo:mulit-case> and <fo:multi-toggle>? I am using Apache
FOP but can't seem to find a processor which supports this element.
