Any external or internal link can be put in the bookmarks.  It was a 
surprise to me when I learned that external links were allowed.  If 
you can express what you want as a URI, then you will succeed.  But I 
believe that if you cannot express what you want as a URI, then you 
will have to rely on a vendor extension from whichever product you are using.
