margins... I'm confused xsl-fo 1.1

6.4.13 fo:simple-page-master, third figure (why aren't they numbered?).

As I understand it,
the margin-bottom on the content rectangle of the page-viewport area
is set using the margin property of the simple-page-master.

Then I see the content-rectangle of the region-viewport area
also has a margin-bottom?

Since I can't decorate these to see which is appropriate..
how to differentiate them please?

I'm assuming both of these are outside the margin-after
of the region-body? Is that right please?
