Not sure. Haven't done any FOP 0.20.5 in ages. The only thing jumping to
my eye is the following:

But FOP 0.20.5 uses a slightly different configuration format.
"metrics-url" was "metrics-file" and "embed-url" was "embed-file".
Probably it's just a matter of renaming the attributes to their old
names and removing the File URL prefixes ("file:///").
I assume you used the documentation for a later FOP version rather than
the documentation set bundled in the binary distribution. We no longer
have the documentation for FOP 0.20.5 on the FOP website.
