I can see why the WG would want to 'stop' feature requests, to work
on a release.

No reason to stop submissions though.. surely?

I'm fully supportive of 'insertions' into FO, for suitable media.
Docbook brought up mathml recently.
PDF is another one that seems to come up quite regularly.
