Space between blocks in block-container

Hi again!

I'm stuggeling setting the space between two blocks (siblings) in a
block-container. I want the space to be say 1mm between the bottom of the
top block and the top of the bottom one. Margins, paddings, and spacings are
all set to 0 default so I don't really get how this is going to work.

Currently it looks like this:

Block 1
[large space]
Block 2

And I want this
Block 1
Block 2
