***Urgent*** Header in First page and Footer in last page only

Hi All,

While ran the fop i got 2 pages pdf which consists of header and footer on
every page,
But i need to display Header on first page only and Footer on Second only.
Could any one suggest me in this regard. And please provide me sample code
also .
