Keep in mind that this XML is almost "plain"; all coordinates and lengths are absolute. If you want to transfer some information to file in this format you can use rx:pinpoint or comments inside SVG inline graphics.

To produce XEP file I am using following batch:
"C:\Program Files\RenderX\XEP\xep.bat" -fo %1  -xep %2
