Table Borders.

Hi all,

While rendering my PDF document, I get a particular area towards the end of the table with an overlapped table as well. 
I am specifying borders for the <fo:table> tag as well as under the table row tag,for the table cell tag <fo:table-cell>. 
Does FOP render the borders twice which are causing me to get overlapping borders for my table?
