But what is your question?  It will be difficult for anyone to answer your 
question unless you tell us which problem you are having.  You give a 
string of code, but nothing indicating what XSL-FO concept you need help 
understanding.

Unless someone else can understand what it is you are trying to ask, I 
don't think you have given enough information yet for assistance.
