Continuation message in Table header

Hi,

If it si impossible to put a whole table on a single page, I want the title of the table repeated on the following pages, with an additional indication that it is not the start of the table (for example '(contuninued)' at the end of table title.

This might have been possible by using the static region of a page, but the problem with this is that the top of the body part is not resized in function of the height of the page heading (the title by itself might take up several lines).  Does anyone have any experience with this ?
