CSS2 Definition:
Value: 	baseline | middle | sub | super | text-top | text-bottom |
<percentage> | <length> | top | bottom | inherit
Initial: 	baseline
Applies to: 	inline-level and 'table-cell' elements



"vertical-align" is not applicable to fo:block !!!
