ICC profiles might help you (see spec "6.4.4 fo:color-profile" for
declarations, "5.10.2 Color Functions" for usage and
http://www.color.org/ICC-1_1998-09.PDF for ICC details ).

But I have never seen neither sample xsl-fo file with icc-rgb function
used nor declared ICC profile support in any formatter.
