Identifying next page blank

Our chapters always end on an even page.  If the last even page is blank, the previous odd page must identify that the next page is blank, ex:

	Page 1-1
	Page 1-2
	Page 1-3/1-4 blank

Is there a way to identify that the next page is blank or is there an existing method to handle this?
