Hi,

I am currently using FOP to generate PDF out of XSL-FO. 
But current versions of FOP do not support the formatting properties
keep-with-next, keep-with-previous, keep-together
yet.

Does anybody of you know a tool for transforming XSL-FO to PDF which 
supports these properties?
Where can I get this tool? Is it free or how much does it cost?
