  parseerror: line 924, column 11: The content of element type "fo:flow" must
 match
 "(fo:block|fo:block-container|fo:table-and-caption|fo:table|fo:list-block|fo
 :footnote|fo:float|fo:multi-switch|fo:multi-properties|fo:wrapper|fo:marker|
 fo:retrieve-marker|rx:fall-through)+".
 Which I must admit is all Greek to me.

well it says that fo:flow must only contain one or more of the listed
elements.

Line 924 is the /fo:flow below

				LawH
					VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY

				WO-09812183
				1998

</fo:flow>

looking at that you'll see you have text there which probably should be
in an fo:block.

David
