AbsoluteLocationPath

Hi,

looking at the production 

AbsoluteLocationPath    ::=    '/' RelativeLocationPath?  |
AbbreviatedAbsoluteLocationPath 

one would assume that a / on it's own is a valid XPath expression,
however I can't see what this could mean.
