My mistake in the previous letter from Victor Porton on 2001-08-23 (www-xpath-comments@w3.org from July to September 2001)

I forgot that & is a reserved symbol in XML... and sent the letter not 
thinking.

So, in the previous letter (with my proposal about relative node sets) all & 
should be changed to something other (for example %, ~, !, or ^; I prefer ~).
