minor editorial comments

In 4.2 String Functions, in fact in the whole function library description
references to function names (in the html version) are links back to the
definition 

except for this one case


     Function: string substring(string, number, number?) 

     The substring function
         ^^^^^^^^^

The missing link back to the line above is not really much of a loss
but the missing highlighting(in my browser setup) made this definition
visually merge into the one above.

Similarly in the last appendix, C, two of the references are links,
but this one isn't.

The or operator does not evaluate ... and
    ^^                                ^^^
