"comment" on XSD 1.1 Part 2: Datatypes

This is not a technical comment, but the W3C OWL Working Group would
like to express our satisfaction on the changes made to the datatypes
document.  

It is the opinion of the W3C OWL Working Group that the changes made
have resulted in a very satisfactory document.  The Working Group is
normatively using XML Schema built-in datatypes in OWL 2.
