2.2.3.2 refers to annotated component which hasn't been introduced by this 
time.

It's proposed that after the definition of "Component" in 2.2 the following 
text be added:

"Some types of ·Component· may have ·Annotations·.  ·Annotations· are 
additional information for human and/or mechanical consumers whose 
interpretation is not defined in this specification.  Such components are 
called ·Annotated Components·."
