Suggestion:
1.5's next text dealing with "4 One of the following" issue from earlier
comments:
from: "...subsequent cases need not (and indeed must not) be tested."
to:   "...subsequent cases                      must not  be tested."
"need not" reads like a MAY, which contradicts the MUST.

Otherwise, looks good.
