The last call working draft (Part 1) has in the front matter a link whose
visible text is "Independent copy of the schema for schema documents". This
link takes you to http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema.xsd, which appears to be the
1.0 version of the S4S, and not a copy of the S4SD published as Appendix A.
