Since the existing wording is technically correct, even if someone did misread
it, and bug 5058 points out that the definition of anySimpleType used here
conflicts with the definition of value space, there is no point in trying to
improve the wording here until we decide whether it is correct or the
definition of value space is correct.  The WG should not spend time on this
until 5058 is decided.
