What are those bug entries?

Hi,

how should the bug entries posted to this list be understood, since,
for example,
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-xml-schema-comments/2005JulSep/0175.html
dated Wed, 07 Sep 2005, refers to a bug for which erratum E1-3 was
created at http://www.w3.org/2001/05/xmlschema-errata#e1-3. This latter
document was closed in 18 March 2004.

Is this a dump of old bug entries?

(please CC me, since I currently am not able to receive messages from
a newsserver)
