XML schema draft comments: pt.1 3.8.1 unparseable wording

Regarding the draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-1-20040318/:


Section 3.8.1 says:

   ... the ... children ... must:
     * ...
     * ...
     * ... contain all and only exactly zero or one of each element
       specified in {particles}.

The text in that third bullet appears to be unparseable.

(Was it supposed to say simply "... must contain exactly zero
or one of each element..." or was is trying to say something
else?)
