XML schema draft comments: pt.1 3.2.2

Regarding the draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-1-20040318/:


Section 3.2.2 says:

   The names of locally-scoped attribute declarations reside
   in symbol spaces local to the type definition which contains
   them.

Wouldn't that be more accurate (and hopefully clearer) if it
said:

   The names of locally-scoped attribute declarations reside
   in symbol spaces local to the type definitions which contain
   them.

(One type definition does not have multiple such symbol spaces,
right?)
