XML schema draft comments: 3.3.7 "colonized" (clarity)

Regarding the draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-2-20040318/:

Section 3.3.7 says:

    [Definition:]   NCName represents XML "non-colonized" Names.


Given that "colonized" is a word in English (and that "to colonize"
refers to colonies and not colons), it should say something like
"non-colon names.")
